Finding What You're Looking For
There are a few tools at your disposal when browsing the products in the store.
If you know exactly what you're looking for, then the search may be the most effective way to track down the session you're after. The search bar is located near the top of the page to the right of the menu bar.
If you're not exactly sure what the name of a session is, you can select the conference that the presentation was held and see a complete listing of the products.
Once in the product listing page, you can sort the products by name and by price. If you need to verify the session number of the presentation, you can find it in the gray bar below the title of each session in the product listing.
Purchasing a Product
Purchasing products on our website is a breeze. Once you've added the product to your cart, you can review and edit the items in your cart by clicking on the "My Cart" link at the top right of the store pages. Once you've confirmed that you have all of the correct products with the correct names and session numbers, you can proceed to our one-page checkout by clicking on the links available in your shopping cart. It is important to be sure that you are purchasing the correct items. In the case of downloadable files, should you receive an incorrect file because of a verifiable order processing error, Conference Media will permit you to download the correct file. Refunds will be given only if products cannot be delivered as ordered or if a defective disc cannot be replaced.
When checking out for the first time, you'll be asked to create an account. This account is the way that you will be able to access your orders, so keep your username and password in a safe place.
Accessing Your Orders
Once you've completed checkout, your orders will be available for viewing in your account page. The link is available at the top of the page by clicking the "My Account" link. On the left column, you will see several blocks of information relevant to you - "My Account", "My Cart", "My Orders", and "Media File Access". In the "My Account" block you will find everything you need to access the information in your account. Clicking on "My Orders", will take you to a new page. Here, you can see a list of orders that you've made along with some useful information including the order numbers and their current status. If an order is being shipped, shipping information will also be made available to you.
Accessing Your Purchased Media Products
Once you've completed checkout, your downloads will be available in your account page. First, go to your account by clicking on the link at the top-right of the page titled "My Account". On this page you will see a list of your orders. On the left column, you will notice several links. To access your downloads you'll want to go to "Media File Access". You will now see a list of available downloads. Note, that downloads are available only after payment has been fully processed and the order status is "Complete". You will be able to download each file a maximum of 5 times.
Clicking on the link available under the session title will bring up a window that will ask you to either open the file or save it to your computer. Click "Save as..." and place the file in a location where you can easily find it on your computer. To listen to your downloaded audio files, you can open them with your preferred audio player such as Windows Media Player, Winamp, or iTunes. For watching downloaded video files, you will need Quicktime 7.0 (or higher) or any video player that can play files with the .mov extension (such as VLC Media Player).
