The $5.2 billion Panama Canal Expansion Program (PCEP) is being called the greatest engineering challenge of this century and the signature engineering feat of this generation. This presentation addresses how the project's owner, the Panama Canal Authority, is managing the safety and health (S&H) program for the PCEP.
