This presentation describes how conducting an assessment of the injury/illness management program can help control risks and enhance employee presenteeism. Using a method developed by a certified industrial hygienist and an occupational physician, this process uses specific metrics to rate injury/illness management
categories. Conducting the analysis can help identify program strengths and vulnerabilities which can be used to promote the creation and execution of Corrective Actions and Preventive Actions to create a program that is "firing on all cylinders."
