Developing training requires certain dos and don'ts with various guiding principles for good adult learning. Doing the same for persons of varying cultures requires much more preparation and practice. There are many more dos and don'ts for culturally appropriate training (CAT). In this presentation, we will explore "culture" and CAT. Ways that trainers can better develop training will be described and demonstrated. Dos and don'ts of CAT will be explored.
