To complete the order process you must first agree to the Terms and Conditions set by Conference Media.

Replacement/Return/Refund Policy

Downloadable files are neither returnable nor refundable. Please be absolutely sure you are ordering the file(s) you want to download before you submit your order.

While Conference Media does not guarantee the actual presentation contents of any product purchased, we do guarantee our products as follows:

Disc products (Audio CD, DVD, CD- and DVD-ROM sets) are guaranteed against manufacturer defects and any defective disc will be promptly replaced.

In the case of downloadable files, should you receive an incorrect file because of a verifiable order processing error, Conference Media will permit you to download the correct file.

Refunds will be given only if products cannot be delivered as ordered or if a defective disc cannot be replaced.

Payment

Orders placed on this site require that payment be made with a valid credit card. Conference Media accepts American Express, Visa, and MasterCard. All credit card payments are processed through Authorize.net, an Internet transaction gateway; therefore, Conference Media does not collect or retain any credit card information. Access to downloadable files is allowed only after Conference Media is notified by Authorize.net that your payment has been successfully processed.

Additional Charges and Fees

Disc products are subject to any applicable sales tax, as well as, shipping and handling charges. Shipping and handling charges will vary according to package weight and shipping method selected.

At this time, download orders are not subject to additional charges.

Delivery Schedule

Orders containing downloadable files are processed immediately following the submission of your order. Once your credit card payment has successfully been completed, access to the download files is given. Conference Media allows three (3) download attempts within one year from the date of purchase. When either of these limits is reached the download link will automatically become inactive.

Orders for disc products will be processed within 48 hours and shipped to arrive within 5-7 days, unless a faster shipping method is selected.

All products, regardless of delivery format, that are purchased from Conference Media are fully protected by copyright law. Downloadable files and disc products are licensed for a single-user only. Any unauthorized copying or sharing is subject to legal action.

Privacy Policy

Conference Media respect your privacy and will not disclose your personal information to any third party other than those necessary to complete the order process (i.e. our Internet transaction gateway and credit card merchant services providers).
